Résumé : Investigations have focused on the development of new methodologies and efficient strategies for the synthesis of polycyclic alkaloids. Natural products such as daphnicyclidin A (1) and ileabethoxazole (2) have provided the inspiration for fundamental discoveries of reactivity and reagents which have led to efficient methods for the rapid assembly of molecular complexity.
