A provision of Bill 96 allows Canadian students outside of Quebec, under certain conditions, to undertake academic programs in French in the province of Quebec at the same tuition fees as Quebec residents.

Industrial Relations
The Industrial Relations program deals with issues and problems related to work and employment, as well as labor relations at all levels (individual, organizational, institutional, national and international). Automatic access to accreditation by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec (CRHA & CRIA) and by the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A.).
Hispanic Studies
Hispanic studies offer an insight into the language, culture and history of Spanish-speaking civilizations in Spain and Latin America. UdeM is the only French-language university in Canada to offer such a comprehensive range of courses in this field. Most courses are offered in Spanish.
Demography and Population Sciences
Demography and Population Sciences is the quantitative study of human populations and their dynamics, based on their components: fertility, conjugality, migration, aging and mortality. UdeM is the only university in Canada to have a Demography department, and the only one in Quebec to offer undergraduate studies in demography.
Security and Police Studies

How do I apply?
Once your application has been accepted and you have registered for your course, you will need to provide various documents to reduce your tuition bill.
